Withdraw prior to the session starting for whatever reason a full refund will be given minus a $30.00 withdraw fee.

 

Withdraw two months after the start of your membership for whatever reason: 50% of the registration fees will be refunded (less $30.00 admin fee). Note: If there is a waiting list and should a replacement player be available a prorated refund will be provided (less the $30.00 admin. fee).   

 

Members who need to withdraw due to injury will get a prorated amount of their membership less the $30.00 withdraw fee as long as there is a wait list that we can fill your spot.  A note from the doctor will need to accompany the withdraw request.  The prorated amount will be credited from the day we receive the Doctors note. 

 

No Refunds will be made if the participant does not attend.
